May 8th 2010 - Kondinin Browning 's turn 100

It's 100 years this year since Charles and Manning first took up their land at Kondinin and the family still based there is organising a family reunion to be held in Perth on Saturday July 10th. A flyer will be attached to the website shortly for your information.

March 28th 2010: Dad's birthday.

He would have been 82 today. I have celebrated by posting up about 60 or 70 new photos. I hope you enjoy them. There's a fabulous one taken at Christmas 1960 - I think - of Grandma and Grandpa Browning with 16 of their grandchildren. Also a stack taken during the famous outback adventure with the Delroy family in 1968.

March 10th, 2010: The big news is IT'S A BOY!

Michelle and Trampas Hall added a second son to their family last night (March 9th at 6.15pm WST. We understand he was 3.2kg and 49cm long. Welcome to Nathan Geoffrey, we wish him a long and happy life with us. Congratulations to Michelle and Trampas and big brother Keegan.  No doubt Grandparents Helen and Geoff Perks are pretty jolly happy about it too!  We will insert a snap as soon as we get one!

Feb 22, 2010. Uploading some old slides I scanned last week. There are a few beauties including some from the early 60s parties at I think the Gibson Hall. There are a couple I don't know the people in but will put them up anyway. No doubt one of you will recognise them and set me straight.

I want to make mention of the passing of our very dear friend Val Savage on January 21st at the fine age of 88. Several of us shared an evening at Jill's house in Scarborough two weeks earlier and I certainly felt privileged to have spent one more evening with Val. Our best wishes to Dean and Paulette and families.

We are also eagerly awaiting the birth of Helen's new grandchild; Michelle and Trampas are hoping their little bundle of joy arrives sometime soon.
